Key Responsibilities:
· Data Governance & Strategy: Develop and enforce data management policies, procedures, and standards.
· Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between systems, databases, and applications.
· Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
· Database Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases and data warehouses.
· Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and implement security measures.
· Reporting & Analysis: Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
· Collaboration: Work with IT, business intelligence, and other teams to align data strategies with business goals.
· Automation & Optimization: Implement automation tools to streamline data-related processes.
Qualifications:
· Preferably 10 years of experience in data management fields.
· 3 years of experience in data governance.
· Master's degree preferred / at least Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology.
· Certified DAMA Professional Data Management Course.
· CDMP certification is preferred.
· Experience in data privacy management and personal data protection.
· Experience in leadership and management and knowledge of project management.
· Experience in strategic planning and decision making is preferred.
· Good ability to communicate and build relationships.
Preferred Skills:
· Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data management tools.
· Proven experience in data management, data governance, or database administration.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
· Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
