Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and creates sales reports and dashboards.
- Standardize data collection and ensure quality for harmonized reporting and dashboards.
- Provide insights on sell-out, in-market sales, consumption, and inventory.
- Design and monitor effective, motivating incentive programs tailored for JENA cluster’s needs.
- Accountable for setting the right indicators in order to deliver integrated overview of JENA cluster performance.
- Delivers and coordinates strategic sales force effectiveness plans, derived from sales performance goals and sales channels, that leverage actionable insights to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts.
- Develops knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to contribute to sales productivity tools and enablement resource design that supports the achievement of goals, while maintaining focus on overall sales effectiveness objectives.
- Confers with senior sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to define optimal sales performance measurements and performance management systems required to improve the organization’s competitive positioning.
- Responsible for the field force sales achievement calculation, target per Rep setting and sales incentives calculation.
- Prepares monthly performance update presentations for senior leadership.
- Frequently update the stakeholders with the stock data, including Expiry date and blocked/ released stock.
- Update and maintain the sales per account Dashboard to support the Leadership team, Access team and sales managers to better understand the market trends.
- Update and maintain the IL dashboard and gives heads up for all concerned functions to update ILs and avoid stockout, or shipments delay.
- Develop, maintain the PS score card that will help in monitoring PS performance from different aspects.
- Manages the I Track Project with IQVIA and ensure the accuracy of data and timely update of Dashboard.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharma; preferably in Business Solutions, SFE&CRM or Business Intelligence
- Experience in QlikSense, Power BI platforms
- Very good command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking and big picture orientation
- Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment
