JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our esteemed team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we focus on elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia in alignment with the Vision 2030 initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects and contribute to transformative developments across the Kingdom.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing project activities, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. As a key member of our project management team, you will coordinate efforts among various stakeholders and drive collaboration to achieve project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
- Lead project teams and oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective strategies to mitigate any potential issues.
- Engage with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout all project phases.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Has Rockfall Protection experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Social Infrastructure projects is a plus.
