We are currently looking for a driven Warehouse Operations Manager to expand our amazing team at our studio in Dubai.

Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, from inventory management to dispatching products. This individual will also play a critical role in overseeing assembly processes, ensuring that materials and products flow smoothly through the production line. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse operations, assembly line management, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to help optimize our entire operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping of materials and finished products.
• Lead and manage assembly operations, ensuring that production lines are adequately supplied with materials and that assembly processes meet production targets.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure a seamless flow of materials between warehouse, assembly, and production areas.
• Implement process improvements in both warehouse management and assembly operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock, and coordinate with production to ensure materials are available when needed and prevent any production delays.
• Ensure all warehouse and assembly operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead a team of warehouse and assembly staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues related to both warehouse and assembly processes.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement in both warehouse and assembly performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in assembly operations, with an understanding of assembly line processes and material flow.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proven experience optimising operations and improving efficiency in both warehouse and assembly environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in warehouse and manufacturing settings.
• Fluency in English is required;
