As the Head of Data Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the development of our data infrastructure and engineering capabilities. You will lead a team of talented data engineers to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions, ensuring that our clients have access to accurate and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work and the efficient delivery of data engineering solutions.
• Develop and implement data engineering strategies, frameworks, and best practices that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure, pipelines, and systems to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders, to identify technical needs and translate them into effective data engineering solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve data infrastructure and pipeline performance.
• Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of data infrastructure with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Optimize the performance of data systems and pipelines, providing regular updates on performance metrics and progress to senior management.
• Monitor and manage data engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining high standards of data quality and scalability.
