Responsible for the installation, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow software products with a particular emphasis on ITOM-based solutions such as discovery,
service mapping, configuration management, and event management. Develop tailored software solutions through
scripting and software development as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain internal systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee the Operations team
- Enhance the network architecture
- Install servers, devices, and firewalls
- Train new system users and establish their accounts
- Track the performance metrics of servers, software, and hardware
- Facilitate seamless deployment of new applications
- Revise and update technical documentation
متطلبات الوظيفة
Provide technology consulting to customers and project teams. Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical
solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.
Provide advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.
Resolve technical and some business incidents independently. Provide suggestions for operational efficiencies.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of system security techniques
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Work experience as a Senior System Administrator
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Team management abilities
- BSc in Computer Science or similar field
