Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
