Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a unique entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a dedicated Specialist in Urban Design & Master Planning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the urban environment of Qiddiya through innovative design strategies that align with our overall vision.
Your expertise in urban design principles and master planning will guide the creation of vibrant, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces that enhance the overall experience for visitors and residents alike. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of planners, architects, and engineers to ensure that all design initiatives reflect the strategic objectives of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of urban design and master planning projects for the Qiddiya site.
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis, research, and assessments to inform design decisions and master planning strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Prepare high-quality urban design deliverables, including plans, diagrams, presentations, and reports.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, presenting urban design concepts and gathering feedback to refine design proposals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Stay abreast of best practices and advancements in urban design and master planning, integrating innovative approaches into projects.
- Support the preparation of urban design policies, guidelines, and strategic documents.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in urban design, landscape architecture, or master planning.
- Strong understanding of urban design principles, local regulations, and site planning requirements.
- Proficient in urban design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and design documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental considerations in urban design is desirable.
