About the Role:

To assist the RPM to plan; manage and support all personnel functional activities of the region in strict adherence with divisional personnel policies and procedures and provide all necessary HR support services to all Line Mangers


job Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate employee onboarding, including induction, contract issuance, and required documentation for both local and foreign staff.
  2. Monitor and manage regional medical referrals, costs, and ensure compliance with medical policies while identifying better service providers.
  3. Oversee security time schedules, address breaches, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  4. Lead recruitment efforts to meet localization requirements, conduct interviews, and ensure timely contract renewals and necessary documentation for all employees.
  5. Manage employee accommodations, ensuring maintenance and adherence to required standards.
  6. Support employee travel arrangements, monitor holiday schedules, and ensure timely utilization of annual leave as per company policy.
  7. Maintain accurate and secure employee records, including contracts, visas, and documentation, and monitor the movement of passports and labor cards.
  8. Coordinate training programs based on annual needs analysis to ensure staff have the necessary skills.
  9. Provide ongoing HR support to regional managers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing updates on any changes.
  10. Ensure staff eligibility for compensation benefits and educate management on rights and responsibilities regarding employee welfare.


Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent

At least 2 years managerial experience; 5 years total experience.

Knowledge of SAP system
