We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader with at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in property consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships. With exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, you will excel in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and fluency in English is essential. Owning a car is preferred. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, promoting branded residential properties, negotiating transactions, and staying up-to-date on real estate market trends.
