In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process for our ambitious development projects, ensuring that they embody innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling attributes that align with our goal of creating extraordinary entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy and vision for all development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, architects, and project managers to foster innovative thinking and high-quality output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design concepts with engineering, construction, and business development efforts
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company aesthetics
• Conduct regular design reviews and workshops to refine concepts and enhance project outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them to elevate design standards
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, community leaders, and regulatory bodies, to gather input and feedback on design initiatives
