Responsibilities
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Identifying and managing project risks to minimize impact.
- Communicating project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Leading project meetings and discussions, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial objectives are met.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in developing project budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
