As a People Operations Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our company and ensuring a positive employee experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that our employees are supported and engaged, and that our HR processes align with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for the employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Review and monitor changes in employees' medical insurance coverage.
  • Process and manage financial claims for medical insurance, ensuring accurate verification and settlement of invoices.
  • Maintain precise and confidential employee records in HR databases, prioritizing data security.
  • Oversee People operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and holiday scheduling.
  • Manage GOSI and other government platform interactions for compliance and reporting.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or people operations role
  • 2 years of experience in Payroll
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, especially in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and driving employee engagement
