Job description:

Roles and responsibilities

 

  1. Supervise the technical support team, ensuring adherence to service standards and response times.
  2. Coordinate warranty claims and spare parts procurement with procurement department and Suppliers.
  3. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned locations.
  4. Review and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of required spare parts.
  6. Provide technical training and support to the team as needed.
  7. Monitor and report key performance metrics for maintenance and service efficiency.
  8. Oversee new project installations, coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  9. Manage resources and timelines for new installations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project installations.
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.Years of Experience
  • 3+ years in technical support, maintenance and project coordination, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
