About the Role:

To lead and manage the Category Trade Marketing activities across all the regions effectively and efficiently in coordination with other relevant functions in order to ensure that the agreed business targets are achieved or exceeded.


Activities:

  • Provide strategic inputs to the relevant teams to develop the short term and long term strategies to support trade marketing.
  • Ensure the market intelligence support is provided to Demand Forecast team to assess the requirements and forecast accordingly.
  • Identify the areas of opportunity to expand the reach of the products by analysing the sales data, merchandising standards and service levels.
  • Support the development of Category Strategy; RTM Strategy, Channel Strategy, and Category Portfolio strategy, Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning, Account/Distributor Strategy and Supply Strategy.
  • Analyze captured global trends and its implications.


Requirement:

The potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or a related field
  • 12–15 years of total experience with At least 5 years of trade marketing experience on a senior level with a reputable Food multinational company in the Middle East with evidence of well-developed management skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
  • Category Management Strategy knowledge and skills.
  • Promotional Design & Execution skills.
  • Merchandising Development, Design, & Briefing skills.
  • Trade Marketing & Distribution skills. Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Convincing skills.
  • Ability to drive change among large teams and senior management.
