Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Lead the implementation of crucial digital marketing initiatives, aligning with global and regional strategic goals
  • Manage the organisation's presence on various social media platforms to maximise online exposure and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling digital campaigns and content that enhance customer experience and brand interaction
  • Oversee website content management and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery that maximises customer engagement and conversion
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Experience in brand management and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
