- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data processes and workflows.
- Support data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document data management processes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- 5 years of experience in data management.
- Completed the DAMA Professional Data Management Course.
- Experience in data management and data analysis.
- Experience in data management office specifications and controls.
- Project management experience and knowledge preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
