Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote our superior training programs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with businesses, government entities, and individuals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate training solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts effectively to ensure successful deal closures.
- Strive to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, preferably in training, education, or a related field.
- Experience in selling IT training programs or management courses is highly desirable.
- Candidates with robust connections in government and banking sectors will be given preference.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-orientated, and goal-focused.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
