Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote our superior training programs.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with businesses, government entities, and individuals.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate training solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts effectively to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Strive to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, preferably in training, education, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling IT training programs or management courses is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with robust connections in government and banking sectors will be given preference.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-orientated, and goal-focused.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
