- Overseeing the management of supply to effectively satisfy demand while achieving both Financial and service objectives.
- Conducting thorough analysis of data derived from demand planning, warehouse logistics, and production scheduling to construct and sustain a comprehensive supply plan that takes into account the characteristics of the provided goods and their supply lead times.
- Engaging actively in Sales and Operations meetings to continually oversee and adjust supply in response to fluctuations in demand, implementing measures to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained without resorting to overstocking.
- Developing, monitoring, and clearly communicating the finalized Supply plan.

- S&OP process understanding
- Basic knowledge in supply related functions such as planning, MRP, logistics, production, processing
- Experience in Supply or Demand planning
- Proficient use of Excel, Power point, e-mail, and Microsoft Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical, with a problem-solving mind set, reports on problems and possible solutions
