Collect and manage property data efficiently.
Update and list property details across various sales templates and platforms.
Prepare and modify offers, quotations, and proposals for the sales team.
Regularly refresh the company's inventory.
Enhance the company’s inventory by contacting property owners for reselling and upselling opportunities.
Add and refresh resale properties on the property finder platform.
Develop and maintain listings for resale properties.
Facilitate communication between marketing and sales teams.
Distribute CILs.
Compile reports and routinely update internal lists.
Qualifications
متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of previous sales admin experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Very good knowledge with PowerPoint and Excel.
Organization and attention to details.
Very good communication Skills.
