  • Collect and manage property data efficiently.
  • Update and list property details across various sales templates and platforms.
  • Prepare and modify offers, quotations, and proposals for the sales team.
  • Regularly refresh the company's inventory.
  • Enhance the company’s inventory by contacting property owners for reselling and upselling opportunities.
  • Add and refresh resale properties on the property finder platform.
  • Develop and maintain listings for resale properties.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing and sales teams.
  • Distribute CILs.
  • Compile reports and routinely update internal lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales admin experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Very good knowledge with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Organization and attention to details.
  • Very good communication Skills.
