At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the role of Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage entails overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage outlets to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. The Assistant Manager will supervise service workflows, collaborate closely with the culinary team, and promptly resolve guest complaints to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Furthermore, this position involves assisting with budget preparation, analyzing sales outcomes, supporting special events, and working alongside various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance guest contentment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma in hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team, ensuring high performance and morale.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, capable of managing day-to-day activities.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while maintaining service quality.
  • Proficient in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with other departments such as culinary, retail, and operations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational performance to identify areas to drive efficiency.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, budgeting, and creating operational plans.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English
