About The Role:
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads while nurturing existing client relationships. Your role will involve researching potential clients, engaging with prospects, and collaborating with the business development team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across various sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop outreach strategies to engage them.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Nurture leads through the sales cycle and support in negotiating contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and clients to improve solutions and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or related fields.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
  • Experience in the loyalty or technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms as tools for lead generation.
