Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate excels in communication and sales, understands e-commerce solutions, and thrives in cultivating valuable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Leverage CRM tools and market intelligence to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners to expand SuperCommerce's reseller, implementation, and support network.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and service delivery.

Sales and Communication

  • Conduct proactive outreach via emails, calls, meetings, and industry events to engage prospects and partners.
  • Effectively communicate SuperCommerce's value proposition, aligning solutions with business needs.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, partnership agreements, and sales activities within CRM systems.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze lead generation and partnership performance, providing regular insights and reports.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce / Software Development or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully establishing partner networks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
