JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Program Director (EOI). We are seeking a strategic leader who is passionate about advancing infrastructure initiatives that contribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing significant programs from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strategic goals, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute program objectives and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage the overall program lifecycle, ensuring integration between projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure effective execution and timely delivery of projects within the program.
- Engage with clients, partners, and government entities to foster collaboration and ensure alignment of interests.
- Monitor program performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting professional development and high-performance culture.
- Report on program status, performance metrics, and challenges to senior management on a regular basis.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in program management, particularly within infrastructure projects (buildings, hotels and high-rise tower)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and leading diverse teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia or the Asia or GCC region is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
