Role Purpose

The Soft Services supervise, control and monitor the daily delivery of Soft Services operations, within the FM Property-based Team, working closely with the FM Contractor to ensure service delivery in accordance with the FM Contract.

Key Accountabilities

  • Have general awareness of the Soft Services approach of the FM Strategy and the skill

  • Undertake site supervision of Soft Services delivery, ensuring that specific services are delivered within the approved contract value for each of the Soft Services
  • Collating and submitting records on contractor non-compliance events with SLAs to inform decisions about assessing and validation of contractor monthly payment reports
  • Appraise adequacy of current Soft Services and provide data from site records to support future demand forecasting
  • Support the identification of cost saving initiatives through identified site practice refinements leading to improvements to Soft Services process redesign and contributing to continuous improvement to enhance service quality and achieve cost efficiencies
  • Supervise the day-to-day on-site Soft Services operations and delivery by the FM Contractor, ensuring high quality services in accordance with the Contract SLAs and in compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Oversee the site implementation of the Planned Soft FM Program delivery by the FM Contractor in line with the relevant SOPs
  • Support the site delivery of the Reactive and Emergency works in accordance with the relevant SOPs
  • Assist with the identification of relevant Soft Services operations risks on site
  • Utilize the FM Department's Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), as appropriate, by updating data and information relating to service delivery, quality and compliance, which will support Soft Services planning and future effective decision-making

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in facilities management, property management or similar.
  • Graduate with Minimum 1 Years of Experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Arabic desirable
