JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Project Manager (EOI) to join our dynamic team. This role is aimed at experienced professionals who are ready to take on exciting projects in the civil engineering sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently and effectively, in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large civil engineering projects, from initiation through to completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the project meets its objectives
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Engage with stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and lead teams in resolving project-related issues
- Prepare and present project updates to executive management and stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 20 years of project management experience within the civil engineering domain
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects (hotel and high rise towers)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
