Job Purpose / Objective

Assists Recruitment Manager in day-to-day activities of the Employment & Recruitment section of Human Resources and assisting with all HMG Employment Processes, Search & Selection Procedures, Diversity Plans, and Online Recruitment; involving rollout and administering policies and procedures related to Recruitment & Selection. Work is performed under limited supervision and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the HMG Policies & Procedures.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in developing the recruitment policies, strategies & processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner.
  • Work with department heads to understand their manpower requirements and reach mutual agreement on implementing recruitment plans to meet those requirements in the most effective and efficient way and ensure timely engagement of employees.
  • Identify and develop the right sourcing and network of high calibre and talented candidates inside/outside Saudi Arabia.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure meeting the manpower requirements and having a well-stocked talent pipeline.
  • Ensure that online career portal attract the potential candidate and database of suitable potential candidates are up to date.
  • Provide department heads with the needed training and coaching in behavioural based interviews.
  • Manage and develop relations with educational institute, event organizers, and advertising media agencies. .
  • Assist Recruitment Manager to prepare annual advertisement plan based on manpower requirements.
  • Plan and arrange recruitment trips to ensure vacancies are filled in timely manner.
  • Managing recruitment expenses and coordinates with Finance for timely reimbursement of agency recruitment fees and other relevant reimbursement.
  • Involve in all stages of the assessment process and provide Recruitment Manager with structured recommendations on individual candidates.
  • Monitor and control hiring vs. approved manpower plan.
  • Design application forms and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures.
  • Creating innovative recruitment solutions to identify, screen and bring top talents in for interviews.
  • Train recruitment staff in interviewing techniques and advise on day to day operations.
  • Provide periodic reports to Recruitment Manager to update status on recruitment activity.
  • Handle all assigned project/ assignment.
  • Ensure that all recruiting agencies or direct candidates are well informed to complete the authentication of documents prior to arrival in Kingdom.
  • Request new block visa in his/her area on quarterly basis as per probable manpower requirement.
  • Ensure that pre-arrival requirements has been completely accomplished to avoid any problem upon arrival of the new employee/s to HMG.
  • Maintain an active and organized Databank of various applicants for various position.
  • Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.

Requirements

Education/ Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ HR

Experience

  • Minimum (5) years. Hospital experience preferred.

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training

  • Relevant certification.
