Ontime Group is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development/Sales professional to join our team for an Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our aesthetic services and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the aesthetic and beauty industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the aesthetic sector
  • Develop and present customized sales strategies and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with medical and cosmetic teams to provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the clinic's services
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
