Ontime Group is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our clinic for Homecare services. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence through personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients / baby with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Support patients in maintaining their personal hygiene and safety at home
- Administer medications and monitor patients'/baby health status as directed by healthcare professionals
- Engage patients in meaningful activities and companionship to enhance their emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding any changes in patient condition
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for patients
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while providing care

- Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar healthcare role
- Certification in caregiving, nursing, or relevant healthcare training is preferred

- Strong observation skills to monitor patients’ health effectively
