SWATX invites applications for the position of Senior Execution PMO to bolster our project management office's capacity and facilitate the successful realization of significant initiatives. This important role demands an experienced professional capable of steering project management operations, improving project governance, and aligning efforts with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the project management office (PMO) to develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with established policies and methodologies.
- Champion the creation of project management best practices across the organization to boost the effectiveness of project delivery.
- Supervise and assess the performance of critical projects, offering strategic advice to project managers and teams to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership to synchronize project results with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
- Manage project status communications and ensure prompt reporting of project risks and challenges.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of project performance and provide insights for improvement initiatives.
- Guide and mentor project managers and team members to enhance their project management skills.
- Coordinate and facilitate PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related area; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Over 8 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO.
- Extensive knowledge of various project management methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall) and applicable tools.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong analytical acumen with the capacity to make informed, data-driven choices.
- A demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, and/or Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor the performance of key projects, providing strategic guidance to project managers and teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project outcomes with the company’s strategic goals and priorities.
- Facilitate project status reporting and ensure timely communication regarding project risks and issues.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of project performance and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities.
- Mentor and coach project managers and other team members to enhance their project management capabilities.
- Organize and lead PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant tools.
