This full-time, onsite role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle office coordination, including supply management and vendor communication.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in the petroleum, energy, or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset.
