About The Role

The unit provides essential administrative support to the RAK Call Center Unit, ensuring seamless operations and coordination across teams.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Department Coordinator to support the RAK Contact Center Operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow within the unit.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the calendar of the Head of RAK Contact Center Operations.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings & conferences.
  • Handle ad-hoc staff requests (assets, access cards, stationery, pantry supplies).
  • Process new joiners’ requisitions and provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate purchases for the unit and maintain assets inventory.
  • Track and manage department-related records efficiently.

What You'll Need:

  • Job location: RAK
  • High School/bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and email writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
