JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and dynamic Program Director to join our team and lead our ambitious infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves guiding the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and the broader ambitions of Vision 2030. The Program Director will be a key player in ensuring project success while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive leadership for program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy of JASARA PMC.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across projects.
- Engage effectively with clients, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Establish and maintain program metrics to evaluate performance and make data-informed decisions.
- Identify potential risks or issues within the program and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing program management team to drive project success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with a strong ability to maneuver complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of utilizing project management software and tools.
- Experience with the construction and project management landscape in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
