As an Engagement Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Engagement Manager and various teams to provide outstanding service and foster significant connections with clients.
Your key responsibilities will encompass aiding in the formulation of client engagement strategies, streamlining communication processes, and overseeing project management from start to finish. A proactive mindset coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills will be crucial for thriving in this dynamic setting.

- Conduct research on client sectors to better understand their needs
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in engagement or account management
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of marketing and engagement principles is a plus
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
