KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

People Management

  • Supervise the teamwork of the Digital Portfolio Division and follow-up on the evaluation of their performance by providing feedback on an ongoing basis and seek opportunities to develop their capabilities in order to motivate them and raise the level of performance of the work of the department.
  • Identify the training and development needs of the Digital Portfolio Division employees and fill the knowledge gaps to ensure continuous development and a high level of competence within the team.

Digital Portfolio Management

  • Manage the process of assuring digital portfolio projects & initiatives timely and effective delivery through effective identifications of initiatives/ project risks and roadblocks, in order to ensure the proper mitigation and handling of the identified risks.
  • Manage and maintain Digital Portfolio projects knowledge and information management, including secure filing of all key documentation in collaboration with Project Information Manager.
  • Manage the process of developing, implementing and maintaining a reporting mechanism to communicate and align with key stakeholders on the status of the Digital Portfolio projects (schedule, risks, budget allocation, outcomes, etc.).
  • Identify potential risks and issues for Portfolio’s projects, develop mitigation plans in cooperation with business owners, and suggest recommendations to minimize delays, cost overruns, or quality issues
  • Review and endorse the Portfolio’s projects linked to the initiatives and set their priorities in coordination with the concerned departments
  • Conduct project assessments, to find the root causes of project delays, cost overruns, quality issues … etc.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Manage the development of Digital Portfolio Divisionpolicies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates.
  • Conduct a thorough review and analysis reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the Digital Portfolio Divisionperformance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving LCGPA’s objectives.
