Talent 360 is hiring a Operations Specialist for one of its clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in operations and coordination.

Job Role Summary:

  • Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize operational processes.
  • Support project execution and track progress against established goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications among team members.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in operations and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.


Working Conditions:

  • Location: Zahraa el Maadi
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM OR 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday
