About this Position You will remotely support our Regional Talent Acquisition and Development Center of Expertise team, gaining hands-on experience in employer reputation, recruitment, learning & development, leadership, and culture within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You´ll Do
- Assist in the operations, planning and execution of talent acquisition and development programs and initiatives at the regional level.
- Support in the design and development of regional initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition and development programs.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition & development programs.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative internal communications related to talent development.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and offer creative ideas for enhancing talent development strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition & development to make informed recommendations.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Development or Talent Acquisition and Employer Reputation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- A passion for creating visually compelling communication materials and presentations using Photoshop, advanced AI applications, and Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment and development metrics.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges.
