About the Role:

Plenum Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator & Operations Associate to support our

business operations and project execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft

Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in

project coordination. The ideal candidate will assist in project tracking, vendor management,

client communications, and documentation, ensuring seamless project execution and business

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline project workflows and reporting.

• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Operations & Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clear and effective

communication.

• Manage vendor coordination, negotiations, and contract discussions.

• Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on key action items.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and process workflows.

• Develop presentations, reports, and business documents in MS Office.

• Ensure all project records and business documents are organized and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must.

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Prior experience or knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field is

preferred.
