Rawafid is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tester to join our innovative team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our construction-related software and systems. You will conduct thorough testing processes, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to verify that our applications meet the required specifications and standards. Your keen eye for detail will help identify issues early in the development cycle, allowing for timely improvements and optimal user experiences. Collaborating closely with developers and project managers, you will document testing results and provide actionable feedback to enhance product quality. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and provide insights based on testing results.
- Create detailed reports on testing progress, results, and any identified issues.
- Participate in review meetings to discuss testing results and suggest improvements.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Proficient in test case design and execution, as well as defect tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with software development processes and life cycles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple testing tasks concurrently.
