Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient HRIS Implementation Consultant tasked with leading the integration and execution of essential HR systems—Lattice and Culture Amp—coexisting with our current ZenHR platform. This role is structured as a six-month contract with an objective to oversee data migrations, assure seamless system connectivity, and drive HR operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive integration of Lattice and Culture Amp into the ZenHR environment.
  • Facilitate the migration of data from previous platforms to new systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Construct and maintain project workflows and timelines to guarantee timely completion.
  • Prepare ongoing progress updates and proactively resolve potential risks and challenges.
  • Engage closely with the People & Culture department, including roles such as the T&M Lead and People Specialists, together with various cross-functional teams.
  • Diagnose system-related issues and deliver proactive resolutions.
  • Instruct HR personnel on new system features and best practices.
  • Develop user guides and educational resources for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Contribute fresh ideas aimed at enhancing HR operations and boosting system adoption.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity throughout the entirety of the project.

Success KPIs

  • Achieve complete system integration and data transfers by the end of July.
  • Evaluate the number and caliber of reports submitted to leadership.
  • Track response times and resolution effectiveness of system issues.
  • Provide exhaustive user documentation and training materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRIS implementation, HR operations, or equivalent IT/HR consulting roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of foundational HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, or analogous.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments or technology/start-up sectors.
  • Degree or certifications in HR or IT disciplines.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong competency in data analytics, problem-resolution, and communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Practical involvement in integrating diverse HR platforms and executing substantial data migrations.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools; knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous.
  • Experience with time-sensitive, high-impact projects.
  • Acquaintance with HR tools like Lattice and Culture Amp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of Lattice and Culture Amp with ZenHR.

  • Maintain system integrity and ensure data accuracy throughout the project.

Key Measurements of Success (KPIs)

  • Timely completion of full system integration and data transfer by the end of July.
  • Number and quality of reports delivered to leadership.
  • Response time and resolution rate of system-related issues.
  • Delivery of comprehensive user documentation and training materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR operations, or related IT/HR consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies or tech/start-up environments.
  • HR or IT-related degree or certifications.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience integrating multiple HR platforms and conducting large-scale data migrations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on short-term, high-impact projects with tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to talent management and employee engagement tools like Lattice and Culture Amp.
