As a Product Analyst in the Product Team ”Order to Invoice”, you will be focused on translating customer needs from business to technical language. In alignment with a Product Manager, you will support accelerating delivery of new ideas, & resolution time for incidents.You will ensure pricing and rebates are properly working as per policy. You will support the Month End Closure in the Order to Invoice, securing Route Settlement and Billing are timely executed, by removing any possible technical impediment.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement and compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management, so to turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation
- Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development
- Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process
- Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals
- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights
- Secure month end support for Route Settlement and Billing
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, Previous 2/3 years’ experience
- Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP Sales and Distribution in complex multinational environments, with various market specifics throughout EMEA
- Specific knowledge of the so-called Last Mile Distribution functionality of SAP Direct Distribution (currently SAP DSD) is a major advantage, as well as the knowledge of the legacy DSD (direct store delivery) functionality in SAP ERP
- Finance Acumen (Financial Accounting e.g for Sales Revenue, understanding of principle of Revenue Recognition)
- Understanding of general Order to Cash Business Cycle
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Skilled in mapping and analyzing business processes
- Expertise in analyzing data to support business decisions
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Ability to design business solutions based on requirements
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports
