We are looking for aTeam Leader - Warehouse Fulfillmentto oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead warehouse fulfillment teams to ensure efficient order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and operational standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to improve performance.
- Track KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize workflow.
- Should be proficient in WMS software.
- Experience:2-5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment, with leadership experience.
- Skills:Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Other:Experience in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) is an advantage.
