Job Summary:
The B
rand and Social Media Specialist will lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and digital strategy that strengthens Zutari’s brand, elevates its presence across Middle East markets, and drives impactful client engagement. This hybrid role combines traditional marketing and communications with expertise in digital and social media marketing, ensuring Zutari maintains a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing compelling brand Content on the digital platforms and leveraging digital channels to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Implement the Zutari Group’s Integrated Marketing Strategy aligned with Zutari’s business objectives and long-term vision.
- Build a consistent digital brand presence across all channels and geographies, ensuring alignment with Zutari’s values and offerings.
- Partner with Client Directors to support sales leads that enhance client engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Develop a digital content calender with a multi-quarter activity roadmap with brand activation campaigns, events.
- Ensure the brand narrative is embedded into all communication touchpoints, highlighting Zutari’s impact through compelling case studies and thought leadership.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy:
- Oversee Zutari’s digital marketing initiatives, including social media, performance marketing, and website management.
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns tailored to specific platforms, showcasing Zutari’s infrastructure projects and their societal impact.
- Build and grow Zutari’s online community by increasing engagement across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, performance analytics, and customer interactions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and manage a social media enterprise-wide content calendar aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
- Revamp and maintain Zutari’s website to optimize user experience and brand alignment.
Brand and Communications Leadership:
- Lead content creation efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Provide regular reports on digital campaign performance against key matrices and brand impact, leveraging data insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize the reach of marketing efforts
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with specialists across digital marketing, content creation, public relations, graphic design, and CRM management.
- Partner with business units to ensure all marketing efforts align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes.
Market Research and Analytics:
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Set KPIs for digital marketing and social media initiatives, tracking performance against these metrics.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 5–10+ years of experience in communications, and digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and execution.
- Proven experience in managing digital assets, including social media platforms, websites, and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of traditional marketing strategies, with the ability to integrate digital components seamlessly.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and executing high-impact campaigns in fast-paced environments.
