Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, procurement, and contract management. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the company's market share and revenue.
- Manage the procurement process, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
- Oversee the contract management process, including drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Manage the performance of the sales team, set sales targets, and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers to enhance the company's reputation and competitiveness.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, procurement, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
