DeepSource Technologies is seeking a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Developer to join our multinational Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experience for our applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that align with our business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with the product team to define user requirements and functionality.
- Develop design specifications, style guides, and design assets for implementation by developers.
- Ensure consistency across all products and platforms by adhering to design standards and best practices.
- Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating and refining designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and design processes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer, Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work. ( at least 4 years )
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
