Your analytical skills will be essential in conducting research, gathering data, and assisting in the preparation of urban design proposals. You will work closely with experienced designers and planners, gaining valuable insights while playing a key role in the coordination of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in master planning & urban design studies by preparing drawings, site analyses, and concept designs, ensuring alignment with project themes, specifications, and budget.
- Support oversight activities for the production of sketches, digital models, and rendered views, collaborating with external design firms to maintain compliance with approved guidelines.
- Prepare formal responses to clarifications and inquiries from hired design companies regarding master planning and urban design matters.
- Assist in managing relationships with external design firms and key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings to ensure design compliance with local regulations and project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the Planning & Design team on design modifications, ensuring alignment with BIM guidelines and GIS data.

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in urban design, planning, or a related field, including internships or academic projects.
- Basic understanding of urban design principles, site planning, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to design evaluations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and innovative workplace.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and considerations in urban design is a plus.
