HSSE Manager

Rawafid is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on promoting a culture of safety and compliance across all our construction projects. As the HSSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, managing incident investigations, and delivering training to ensure that all employees and subcontractors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols. You will play an essential role in monitoring site activities, performing audits, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our HSSE performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSSE management systems in line with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Lead incident investigation efforts and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and subcontractors on HSSE policies and best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics to management and recommend areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HSSE-related matters, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and industry trends to ensure the company remains compliant.
