In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed project schedules, ensuring that project timelines are followed and milestones are achieved. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables, while also identifying potential scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions. Your analytical skills will be vital in assessing project progress, conducting performance analyses, and implementing corrective measures to meet deadlines. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with project teams to determine key deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying delays and developing recovery plans.
- Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to review scheduling issues and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project timelines, progress, and performance for senior management.
- Implement best practices in planning and scheduling, ensuring alignment with project goals and methodologies.
- Utilize project management software to create Gantt charts and other visual aids for tracking progress and maintaining transparency.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Min. 5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6., AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, SharePoint, Excel, Word, CostX.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate potential scheduling challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
