Training & Development

  • Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
  • Support employee development initiatives, including tracking employee progress and offering feedback.
  • Work with department managers and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
  • Work closely with external trainers or consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including feedback surveys, quizzes, and performance assessments.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Training and Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective training materials and programs.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and online training methods.
