Training & Development
- Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Support employee development initiatives, including tracking employee progress and offering feedback.
- Work with department managers and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Work closely with external trainers or consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including feedback surveys, quizzes, and performance assessments.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Training and Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective training materials and programs.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and online training methods.
