On-Hire is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Your role will involve executing the sales strategy, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive retention and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Ensure client inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
